Is the app suitable for beginners and advanced users?

Yes, the app is suitable for both beginners and advanced users. The workouts are designed to cater to a variety of fitness levels, allowing everyone to find a program that suits their needs and goals.

How do I switch between workout programs in the app?

To switch between workout programs:

  1. Log into the app.
  2. click on the “Train” option (the barbell icon) at the bottom the screen.
  3. Browse through the available programs.
  4. To learn more about a program, click on its name and then tap the information icon (ⓘ) in the upper right corner.

From there, you can explore and select the program that best fits your goals.

Can I track my progress within the app?

Yes, you can track your progress within the app.

  • As you complete workouts, you can log the weight you lift for each exercise. The app will track your progress and let you view your exercise history.
  • You can also track your body weight, measurements, cardio sessions, and more.
  • Additionally, the app syncs seamlessly with Google Fit, Apple Health, and the Lose It! app for easy progress tracking.

This makes it easy to monitor your achievements and stay on top of your fitness journey.

What types of workouts are available in the app?

The app currently offers the following workout programs with more workouts being planned:

How do I navigate the app?

Navigating the app is simple and intuitive, with four options in the bottom navigation bar:

  1. Home (Home Icon):
    View your current workout and access “My Stats” for a quick overview of your progress.

  2. Calendar View (Calendar Icon):
    Check your upcoming workouts and activities in a calendar format, making it easy to plan ahead.

  3. Train Tab (Barbell Icon):
    Explore all available programs and resources to find the right workouts for your goals.

  4. Your Profile (User Icon):
    Access “My Progress,” General Settings, and Account Settings to personalize and manage your app experience.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, you need to subscribe to the app by visiting join.herfitbod.me. Once you complete your subscription and payment, your account will be automatically created.

How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment information, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account here.
  2. In the menu, click the “Settings” option icon.
  3. Select the “Payment” menu option.

Alternatively, you can go directly to the payment settings using this link.

Here, you can update your billing preferences and add the card you want to use.

Can I pause my subscription temporarily?

To switch between workout programs:

  1. Log into the app.

What happens if my subscription expires?

If your subscription expires, you will no longer have access to the workouts or be able to use the app. To regain access, you can renew your subscription at any time. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account here.
  2. In the menu, click the “Settings” option icon.
  3. Select the “Billing” menu option.

Alternatively, you can go directly to the billing settings using this link.

From there, you can update your subscription to cancel it. Please note that your account will remain active until the subscription expiration date.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan.

There are two subscription options: monthly and yearly.

  • If you upgrade from a monthly to a yearly plan, you will be prorated for the remaining time on your monthly subscription. Once the monthly plan ends, your yearly plan will begin, and you will be charged for the full year.
  • Similarly, if you downgrade from a yearly to a monthly plan, your yearly subscription must finish first. Once it ends, your account will switch to the monthly plan.

Changes to your subscription will only take effect after the current plan period ends.

How do I subscribe to the app?

To subscribe to the app, visit join.herfitbod.me and select either the one-month or one-year membership option.

After signing up and completing your payment, you will gain full access to all the workouts available within the app.

Are there any free trial options available?

No, free trial options are not available at the moment. However, we offer two subscription plans: monthly and yearly, so you can choose the option that works best for you.

The equipment needed depends on where you choose to work out:

Gym Workouts:
Gym workouts require access to a full gym. The workouts are designed to be compatible with almost any gym with standard equipment.

Home Workouts:
Home workouts are designed to require minimal equipment. You may need items such as:

  • A mat
  • Dumbbells
  • Resistance bands
  • A glute loop band
  • A kettlebell
  • A sturdy chair

Can I access the app offline?

No, the app cannot be accessed offline at the moment. While this is a feature we are considering, we have not yet decided if it will be added in the future.
