Is 5 min enough for a day?

Only if you are a beginner! But hey, don’t forget you always can rest 1-2 minutes after the challenge is done then repeat it once or twice again to increase intensity.

What equipment should I get for this challenge?

I am using a jumping rope, a step, a mini band, a pair of light dumbbells, a pair of medium to heavy dumbbells, and a mat.
