CGP is a program designed to help you get the feminine, curvy body you always wished for; it focuses on building your glutes and toning your upper body without bulking. CGP is a 4-week program with 4 – 5 training days and requires a gym membership.

What should I know about CGP guide?

It is a gym-based 4-week program, with only 4 days of training and an extra (bonus lower body) weekly training. Each day is 50 – 60 minutes only.

What should I expect from CGP guide?

Build your glutes, tone your upper body, and finally get the curves you always wanted to get.

CGP guide is designed to activate and build your glutted instead of your quads, it has many glutes isolate exercises and a combination of weight, body weight, and band exercises.

Is CGP guide for me?

Yes, unless you are pregnant or you have any medical condition.

Can I do CGP guide for more than 4 weeks?

Yes, if you enjoyed the results, you can do it for over a month. Just consider increasing your weight to see more progress and results.

Can I do CGP guide if I have diastase recti?

Some moves and exercises in this program are not allowed for this kind of condition.

Is CGP guide suites beginners?

Yes of course, you can stick to 3 sets only for all exercises until you are ready to do more sets in the next month, especially if you plan to continue with the same program. Just try to pay attention to the weights you are carrying.

HOW DO I VIEW MY GUIDE?
