IS THIS GUIDE SOMETHING FOR YOU?
This program is 4 weeks program; it requires minimal equipment and focuses on strengthening your abs and deep core.
It is 5 days of training a week with two days rest; some days have cardio, only some days have cardio + abs, and a vacuum training routine that will teach you how to perform this exercise and get better with it.
All cardio workouts are follow-along videos; each exercise has audio to explain how to perform the movement.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- Two light dumbbells, two medium to heavy dumbbells, and a jump rope.
- If you like to use this guide but don’t have any of the required equipment, there is a replacement list of exercises included within the guide.
