EQUIPMENT NEEDED

  • Two light dumbbells, two medium to heavy dumbbells, and a jump rope.
  • If you like to use this guide but don’t have any of the required equipment, there is a replacement list of exercises included within the guide.

IS THIS GUIDE SOMETHING FOR YOU?

This program is 4 weeks program; it requires minimal equipment and focuses on strengthening your abs and deep core.
It is 5 days of training a week with two days rest; some days have cardio, only some days have cardio + abs, and a vacuum training routine that will teach you how to perform this exercise and get better with it.
All cardio workouts are follow-along videos; each exercise has audio to explain how to perform the movement.

Can I do it if I am a beginner?

Yes you can; beginners need to strengthen their core and abs to have a better form and prevent injuries.

Can I do it if I have diastasis recti?

Not recommended unless checking with your doctor before you start this program.

What if I couldn’t follow the same progress every week?

Stay in your own pace, if you still need more weeks/days to do certain repetitions and rest period; listen to your body and give it more time.

Should I eat before doing the exercises?

It is a cardio/abs program mainly, so whatever makes you comfortable, I suggest a small snack for energy, but if you can work out on an empty stomach then do it this way.

Can I change the order of exercises and rest days?

Yes, you can, however, I prefer to have one rest day between core exercises days.

Can I do this program if I am already doing another program in the website?

Yes, consider the summer program as a bonus program that you can add to your workout routine to shed extra belly fat and eliminate water retention.

Can I buy this program if I don’t want to lose weight?

Are the ingredients of the recipes in this guide easy to find?

Absolutely! All recipes have simple ingredients which you can find in any super market in your country. 

I am not following any diet how can healthy recipes help me lose weight?

We added 20 meals/ snacks in this guide which you can choose from. Choose any salad/ wrap/ meal in this guide and have it as a dinner, or choose any dessert/ smoothie in the program as a snack if you crave sweets.
