At HerFitBod.me, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service. As such, we maintain a policy of no refunds for any purchases made on our website. Once a purchase is made, it is deemed final.
No Refund Policy
- Subscriptions and Digital Products: All purchases of digital products, subscriptions, and services on HerFitBod.me are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on any fees or charges related to your HerFitBod.me account, including partially used periods and bank/merchant fees.
- Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your HerFitBod.me membership at any time; however, please note that cancellation will not result in a refund of any subscription fees already paid. Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current paid term.
- Renewals: To avoid charges for a new subscription period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Exceptions
While our policy is no refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. In such rare instances, decisions to deviate from our refund policy are at the sole discretion of HerFitBod.me management and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
